Anna Palmidoro is an Italian sculptor and restorer, as well as one of the world’s foremost collectors of dolls, to which she has, in many ways, dedicated her entire life. For the Modern Automata Museum, she restored a late 19th-century Parisian automaton by Phalibois, titled "Couple on the Bench."
