Rennie Orsi was an Italian architect and artist. Among the first artists to collaborate with the Modern Automata Museum, he created the automaton "Cavallino Arrò Arrò," which depicts a parent balancing their child on their legs, pretending to let them fall only to catch them at the last second. Rennie spent over a year designing, building, and then redesigning and rebuilding this automaton as many times as necessary until the movements perfectly matched his vision.
